Our Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
All our oil is quality-tested prior to bottling. We, therefore, do not accept returns of bottled oil.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, when we are unable to press your olives, your deposit will be repaid in full.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
